Vixen Foresta 7x50 CF
The composition of the lenses and prisms in the Vixen Foresta 7x50 CF viewer gives this product many uses. The 50mm objective lenses lend the binoculars a wide coverage and increased light gathering. Because of the 7x magnification and 50mm lens, this is the number one viewer for use in relatively short distances, even in low light. Think densely forested areas. The lenses have special coatings, responsible for a formidable light transmission. With an eye relief of 20mm, you can comfortably observe for longer periods, without eyestrain. Because of the strong housing comprising a magnesium alloy body and rubber armouring, the Vixen Foresta 7x50 CF binoculars can take a beating. With the included 'outdoor hiking-style' bag you have a perfect combination for a trip through nature.

Strong magnesium housing
The housing of the viewer is made using the so-called die-cast method. During this process, molten metal, in this case magnesium, is injected into a mold under very high pressure. After the coagulation process a solid and uniform body remains. The housing is filled with nitrogen gas to keep water out and prevent condensation. The exterior of the telescope features a rubber coating for optimum grip. The typical shape of these binoculars is a characteristic of the Porro prism system. Porro viewers deliver the same performance as similar Roof models but are usually cheaper. This gives you the same image quality at a more affordable price.
