The stunning Vixen Ark 16x80 BWCF porro binoculars can be considered the true light gathering giant among the Vixen binoculars. The multi-coated lenses are so integrated in the viewer that -combined with the Bak-4 prisms- they deliver a spotlessly clean and realistic picture. The viewer ensures high brightness and high resolution, even in twilight situations. Both models are filled with nitrogen gas and consequently fully waterproof. Also, the binoculars in the Ark series feature plastic eyecups so that they can be set precisely to meet your needs. This makes these binoculars ideal for extended use in hunting or sports events.

Tripod connection
The binoculars in the Ark series distinguish themselves by the robust and adjustable tripod connection that runs over the axis of the viewer. This provides you with more stability while providing flexibility during your observations.

I bought the Vixen Ark 16x80 BWCF a couple of weeks ago and I think it is a great instrument. It never lets me down!

What is your main use for these binoculars?

I use it to get razor-sharp images of the moon and stars. Also, I take it with me on long walks to spot the odd bird.
