The composition of the lenses and prisms in this viewer gives this product many uses. The 42mm objective lenses give the binoculars a wide coverage; the 42mm is also a popular size because of the good balance between image quality and size. Due to the 10x magnification binoculars this is the number one choice for use in longer distances and sharp detail. The lenses feature MeoBrite-550 Ion Assisted Coatings, responsible for a light transmission of more than 99.8% per lens surface. Thanks to the efficienct properties of the lenses, these binoculars are also suitable in low light situations. The impact-resistant housing, which consists of an aluminium body and a rubber coating, makes the Meopta Meostar 10x42 perfect to carry in your briefcase or backpack.

Ergonomic Design
The lens features a fully integrated twist-up eyecup system which serves to protect eyeglasses. By rotating the rings you can set the cups in three different altitudes. The viewer fits comfortably in the hand because of the thumb-shaped recesses, especially important if you use an extra set of lenses, which increases the weight. With an enclosure filled with nitrogen, the viewer is water and condensation resistant for a lifetime. On the back is a large centre focus knob with a 'click-stop' dioptre adjustment for easy and quick focusing, even with gloves on.

Accessories
This product is accompanied by a deluxe carrying case, protective flaps and a comfortable padded neck strap. Can be used with additional lenses for doubling of the magnification and with tripods for a stable viewing experience.
