Kowa Genesis 10x32
The Kowa 10x32 is a very good, professional and compact viewer that uses nearly all the technical highlights of Kowa. Thus the viewer is waterproof, uses the revolutionary C³ coating and has state-of-the-art Pechan prisms, which have, in combination with the coating, a light transmission of not less than 99%!

Filled with nitrogen and fully waterproof
The Kowa is completely filled with nitrogen so that the inner pressure is higher than the outside pressure. This keeps dirt, water and other contaminants out.

Kowa C³ Coating: 99% light transmission

For all Genesis models, Kowa has applied a so-called C³coating to the prisms inside the binoculars. This ensures the light transmission of the prisms increases to 99% across the entire light spectrum (400 to 700nm). Not only does this gives extremely bright and razor-sharp images, you also get a very natural colour reproduction. The above diagrams show the reflection of the coating compared to that of a conventional aluminium coating.

Twist-up / foldable eyepieces (eyecaps)
The eyepieces can be twisted up so that the binoculars come closer to the eye; this is a must for those wearing glasses because normally they would see less (as the spectacles are between the eye and binoculars).

Difference with Kowa 10x33 Genesis
Kowa's flagship, the 10x33 Genesis, differs from this viewer mainly in the glass that is used. The Genesis uses fluorite glass which gives an even clearer picture, and this viewer does not.

Minimum focusing distance: 1.5m
As the Kowa can already focus from 1.5 metres, it is suitable for virtually all applications.
