Kowa Spotting Scopes

Kowa spotting scopes were first produced in 1952 by the Electronics & Optics division of Kowa. They were initially developed as scopes for examining targets in shooting matches and were used officially in the 1964 Olympics Games. They were subsequently discovered by birdwatchers and became incredibly popular throughout the world.
