This robust ATN Night Cougar XT night vision weighs only 550 g and is usually attached to a head mount (included). This way, you have your hands free and you are more mobile than when using ordinary night vision goggles. The lenses of the Cougar XT feature a high Proshield coating and provide an unusually clear picture for a first generation night vision. With the built-in infrared projector, you can still clearly observe in total darkness. If you don't need this projector, then just fold it up. Unlike the standard ATN Night Cougar the XT model has an angular shape and it does not have a digital control panel.
